2. Website Data Collection

When you browse or interact with our website:

  • Cookieless Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These services do not use cookies, do not track individuals across websites, and collect only anonymized performance metrics (Core Web Vitals).
  • Contact Enquiry Form: When you submit our contact form, your name, phone number, optional email, enquiry topic, and message are securely sent to Google Forms to allow our store staff to reply.
  • No Advertising Trackers: We do not deploy third-party advertising pixels, Facebook Pixel, or commercial ad trackers on our website.

3. Mobile Application Data Collection

The Bikers Accessories Android application collects specific information necessary to operate the rewards and bill management system:

  • Account Information: Your registered email address and name provided during sign-in.
  • Phone Number: Used to link store purchase receipts and verify reward eligibility.
  • Referral & Rewards History: Unique referral codes generated by your account, referral counts, and reward point balances.
  • Purchase & Invoice History: Digital copies of purchase receipts and billing records for store transactions.
  • Device Token: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) notification token to deliver timely updates about rewards and store notifications.
  • Install Referrer: Google Play Install Referrer parameters (e.g., referral code) to credit the referring rider when you install the app.

4. Service Providers & Data Processors

We work with trusted enterprise cloud infrastructure providers:

  • Google Firebase: Used for secure cloud database hosting and push notifications.
  • Brevo (formerly Sendinblue): Used exclusively for delivering email verification codes and transactional notifications.
  • Vercel Inc.: Website hosting and edge performance metrics.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

In compliance with Google Play User Data policies, users have the right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Data:

  • Inside the Mobile App: Open the Bikers Accessories app, navigate to Profile → Delete Account.
  • Web Deletion Form: You can submit a deletion request anytime on our dedicated web portal: Account Deletion Request Form.

Upon receipt of a verified request, account credentials, active referral codes, and device tokens are permanently erased within 30 days. Purchase invoices may be retained in store records as required by Indian tax and accounting laws.
